2007 Cougar Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon

On the nose, the 2007 Cougar Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon displays aromas of anise, English walnut, spice and red currants; those bright berries and savory elements flow through the palate along with a complex iron note—a definite nod to the cooler vintage.
