2007 Monolith Cabernet Sauvignon

This bottling comes from an altitude of 1,600 feet, a site that's steeply sloping and protected from the afternoon sun. The resultant wine shows the coolness and altitude in its black raspberry/cassis, citrus oil, cocoa nib, violet and graphite aromas and flavors while the texture is rich, lengthy and framed with mineral-driven tannins.
